1. Initial Contact & Inquiry

Corporate companies reach out to AJA expressing interest in the Corporate Campus™ program through various channels such as email, phone, or website inquiries. AJA's Corporate Relations team acknowledges inquiries and provides initial information about the program. 

2. Consultation & Exploration

AJA schedules consultation meetings with interested companies to understand their hiring needs, skill requirements, and expectations from the Corporate Campus™ event. During consultations, AJA representatives provide detailed information about the program's structure and recruitment process. 

3. Empanelment Process

Interested companies undergo an empanelment process to formalize their partnership with AJA. This involves signing agreements, establishing terms and conditions, and confirming participation in the event. AJA's legal and administrative teams manage the empanelment process.

4. Skill Mapping & Intern Selection

AJA collaborates with empaneled companies to identify specific skill requirements and technologies needed for their projects. The Talent Acquisition team conducts skill mapping exercises to match company requirements with the skill sets of available interns. Interns are selected based on technical proficiency and compatibility. 

5. Pre-Event Preparation

Prior to the event, AJA conducts orientation sessions for participating companies and interns. Companies receive detailed profiles of selected interns, while interns undergo training to familiarize themselves with technologies and project requirements. AJA ensures all logistical aspects are in place for the event. 

6. Corporate Campus™ Event

The event takes place at AJA's designated venue, featuring networking sessions, project showcases, and interview opportunities. Participating companies interact with interns, review profiles, and conduct interviews. AJA facilitates the event, providing logistical support and coordination services. 

7. Hiring & Onboarding

Companies finalize hiring decisions and extend job offers to selected interns. AJA assists in the negotiation process and supports onboarding procedures for hired interns, including orientation, training, and integration into the company's workforce.

8. Post-Event Follow-up

AJA conducts post-event evaluations to gather feedback from companies and interns. Feedback is analyzed to identify areas for improvement, and AJA maintains ongoing communication with companies to support their hiring needs and facilitate partnerships.
